|Recommended: YesWe have lived here for over 10 years and this past year since Ali took over is the happiest we have been. When we submit a maintenance request to Paul and Israel they get addressed asap and handled with courtesy, professionalism and friendliness. They were the neatest maintenance crew out of the 11 years we have been here. We are pleased they are on staff as we had a lot of repairs that weren't addressed in the past from previous management. |Recommended: YesNew Manager — Since Ali has come to Spruce knolls things have been a lot better she has change the atmosphere around here the tenants seem a lot happier with the new manager. Ali is a good fit for this property.and I know she is going to do a great job.she has even listen to some of our ideas which I appreciate very much. I have lived here for 28 years. The last manager was aweful . I am so happy to see a very respected manager now

|Recommended: YesUnfortunately Rolando and Luis decided to leave Spruce Knoll. So sad They were the best maintenance team we've had here in a very long time. And I know that for a fact since I've been here 26 years. They were the best, in every sense of the word..They will be missed terribly. I can only wish them both the best

|Recommended: YesLiving Here — Always answers my requests in a timely fashion never problems for a good size complex very little problems with thief’s neighbors all friendly and watch out for each other I have a fractured foot and use a walker and wheelchair temporarily and one-off the neighbors always offer to help with the wheelchair including Rolando the maintenance man as we old and rent is reasonable compared to other places staff is always around
|Recommended: YesMaintenance Staff — I want to say that Orlando, our maintenance manager, is a great asset to our community. His work is done well and in a timely fashion but beyond that he is always kind and friendly even when he is putting in long hours during heat waves and winter storms. He goes that extra mile to make residents feel that their concerns are important to him and I know that he goes out of his way to be helpful to the older residents.
His assistant Luis is professional, conscientious and very hard working too. They make an excellent team and we are grateful to have them.

I want to acknowledge Ronaldo for the hard work and dedication for doing a great job maintaining the property and being available even during the lockdown. In addition, you went the extra mile assisting the senior tenants who needed to preserve their distancing by shoveling and moving their cars during the snowstorms. Your efforts did not go unnoticed Ronaldo and your team, thank you for being there when needed.
The landscaping and the mailbox building update have lifted the property's look. Great job once again, Ronaldo, and the maintenance team, for upgrading the mailbox building. It looks beautiful.
Finally, I want to point out the tremendous effort the Spruce Knoll management makes in maintaining the complex and facilitating the best residence dwelling.

|Recommended: YesNice Community But Older Buildings — Nice place to live, staff is wonderful and hardworking. The only drawback is buildings are not well insulated so if Tenant s live above you you hear everything, especially at night when you're trying to sleep.
